When Organon redefined its purpose and commitment to women’s health, MODHealth helped shape its new brand, values, and future vision. Together, we created a narrative that strengthened Organon’s internal identity and united employees around a shared mission to expand equitable access to healthcare for women worldwide.

The result was “Through Her Eyes,” a brand anthem film designed to inspire conversation and action. Shared internally across 60+ countries and translated into 7+ languages, the film follows a young girl imagining a future where better access to healthcare empowers women everywhere to dream bigger and achieve more.
